Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Monitor project expenditures, ensuring compliance with approved budgets. Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support audits and ensure adherence to international financial and donor standards. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial analysis, project budgeting, or auditing. Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Familiarity with donor-funded project financial requirements and compliance standards. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage. Field Of Experience
