Job description
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and inefficiencies.
- Repair or replace defective components including compressors motors and filters.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
Experience in Facility Management
Minimum experience 5yrs required
Must have a valid QID and should be able to join immediately.
