Adventure Park Manager (Safety and Risk Specialty)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Parks operations: from hiring team members maintaining safety standards managing equipment & facilities to defining guestexperience policies.

• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented safety checks performed regularly and equipment is maintained to highest standards.

• Lead train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.

• Work actively in an outdoor adventurefacility setting with dynamic thrill and familybased activities such as ziplines rope courses climbing walls giant swings etc.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).

• English fluency required; other languages beneficial.

• Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.

• Strong attention to detail ability to work in outdoor settings passion for training and developing staff.

• Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelors degree depending on employer
