BIM Technicians

Responsibilities

Performs complex CADD assignments and coordinates CADD drawing production in support of the CADD Manager. Decisions are made with a general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. inclusive of using models to extract drawings from BIM models. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Understands the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May lead to less experienced drafters. Understanding of BIM Standard and workflow. Use Common Data Environment for information exchange. Understanding and Implementing BIM workflow, budgeting, and BIM execution planning and its standards. Education

Minimum 3 Years Diploma Course in Engineering. Relevant technical courses Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience. General

Middle east experience working with design consultants, not contractors. Solid Civil 3D experience to create Wet utility gravity and pressure pipe networks from scratch. Also experience in the Dry Utilities Solid knowledge in Ashghal / PWA requirements and standards Additional skills

Basic knowledge in working in ProjectWise / BIM 360 Seniority level
