Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows across projects.
• Lead and manage BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee the creation, management, and quality assurance of 3D models and project data.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to BIM coordinators and project team members.
• Ensure project BIM deliverables are met in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve clashes and improve design efficiency.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including integration of BIM with other technologies (GIS, ERP, Digital Twins).
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
