Concierge Supervisor

• Supervise and support the concierge team in daily operations

• Ensure consistent delivery of a luxury guest experience

• Handle guest requests complaints and special arrangements with professionalism and discretion

• Train coach and provide feedback to team members

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs

• Maintain up-to-date local knowledge and partnerships

• Ensure adherence to brand standards and service procedures

• Support scheduling reporting and operational tasks

Qualifications :

• Previous concierge or front-of-house experience preferably in a luxury hotel

• Supervisory experience is an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of local attractions dining and services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High emotional intelligence and attention to detail

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

• Leadership and coaching capability

• Passion for hospitality and guest service

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
