Job description

HVAC Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector within Qatar.
  • Promote and sell HVAC systems, products, and solutions to contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide technical support and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC sales experience in Qatar or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Familiarity with Qatar market regulations and tendering process.
