Must hold NEBOSH IGC 3 (Issued 2021 or earlier), IOSH, and OSHA certifications. Key Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Gulf region, mandatorily in building construction. Hands-on experience in permit-to-work, toolbox talks, incident investigation, and HSE reporting. Educational certificates and Experience certificates from previous employers/projects are mandatory.
