Job Summary

To create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and other print media materials. Must have creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities 1

Meets with clients to discuss the requirements of the job.

Estimates the time required to complete a job and providing quotes for clients.

Develops design briefs that suits the client's purpose.

Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.

Uses innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraint.

Works with a range of media, including computer aided design (CAD), and keeping up to date with emerging technologies

Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up approved copy and art.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.

Liaises with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proven graphic designing or illustration experience

Highly skilled in design software and technologies, such asInDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Familiar with 3D designing and renderings.

Exceptionalcreativity and innovation; a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Familiarity with Photography, Video editing, and 3D rendering.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 3 Years job related experience.

Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
