Responsibilities
5–10 years of experience in Oracle DBA roles, with at least 3 years managing EBS or large enterprise environments. Proven experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and WebLogic Administration. Experience in Linux / Unix system administration and shell scripting. Exposure to cloud (OCI, AWS RDS, or Azure Database Services) is an advantage. Qualifications

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within SLAs. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity, Availability Management). Collaborative mindset with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. KPIs / Performance Indicators
Database uptime and availability (≥ 99.9%). Mean time to resolve (MTTR) for database incidents. Number of successful patching and upgrade cycles without rollback. Compliance with backup and recovery standards. Successful completion of DR tests. Reduction in performance incidents and resource utilization anomalies.
