HORECA Manager

Role Description

Alkalive is the first factory to produce Alkaline water in Qatar, certified with ISO 22000.

This is a full-time on-site role for a HORECA Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The HORECA Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the beverage sector, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, training staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The HORECA Manager will work closely with the operations team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HORECA, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, ministries, food & beverage, and catering industries.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and contractual arrangements.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (Reading, speaking & writing)
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the HORECA sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
