We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier to lead our enterprise transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will define the end‑to‑end architecture for integrating Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with Primavera Unifier, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. You will design and implement scalable solutions for Project Controls, Cost Management, and Asset Management within capital‑intensive industries. This position involves leading large‑scale programs, from requirement gathering to go‑live, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial for developing custom integrations using OIC and other PaaS services. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to optimize business processes and guide functional and technical teams. Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Oracle technologies.
• Expert‑level knowledge in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Primavera Unifier modules including Project Controls, Cost Management, and Asset Management.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Hands‑on experience designing and building real‑time integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in developing technical components like HDL / HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect solutions for Project Controls, Asset Management, and Capital Planning.
• Experience leading global rollouts in construction, infrastructure, or real‑estate sectors.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Oracle Maintenance Cloud integration with Fusion ERP.
• Official certifications in Oracle Primavera or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional technical and functional teams.
