Wedding planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating every aspect of weddings, from budget management to vendor selection and event execution. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
Create detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor lists
Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as venue rental, catering, photography, etc.
Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day including set-up, decorations, ceremony details, etc.
Provide guidance and support to clients during the planning process
Manage budget and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated amount
Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality services are provided
Stay up-to-date on current trends in the wedding industry

Qualifications

Must be Indian or Malayalee with a preference for candidates residing in Al-Rayyan

No English language proficiency required

Prior experience as a wedding planner is not necessary, but preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Must be comfortable working with diverse clients and vendors
