Summary
As Director of Marketing for Our Habitas Ras Abrouq and Our Habitas AlUla , you will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts across two of our most extraordinary properties in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on leadership role for a visionary marketer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment. You’ll drive storytelling, brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local community engagement through a deeply immersive and purpose-driven lens.
You will collaborate closely with global brand and digital teams, local operational leaders, and external partners to ensure all marketing reflects the soul of Our Habitas while achieving key commercial and community goals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
Craft and implement local marketing strategies that reflect the unique identity of each property while staying true to Our Habitas' global brand voice and values.
Lead all storytelling efforts—ensuring emotional, engaging, and authentic content across all platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all guest-facing and internal communication touchpoints.
Digital & Social Marketing
Drive awareness and conversion through targeted digital campaigns across owned and paid channels.
Oversee the development of compelling, on-brand content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Monitor digital performance (traffic, engagement, bookings) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Partnerships & PR
Build strategic relationships with local and international media, influencers, and cultural institutions.
Manage PR initiatives in collaboration with external agencies to maximize visibility in key markets.
Identify and execute brand collaborations and co-branded experiences aligned with our values.
Event & Activation Strategy
Conceptualize and support meaningful on-site programming that connects with local communities and global travelers alike.
Work closely with cultural curators, chefs, artists, and wellness leaders to bring brand pillars to life in ways that resonate locally and globally.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a marketing voice in property-level leadership teams.
Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI across channels.
Inspire and lead a small, passionate marketing team and freelance creatives.
Collaborate with Sales, F&B, Experience, and Operations teams to align messaging and elevate every touchpoint of the guest journey.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential brand marketing
Strong background in content creation, digital strategy, PR, and event marketing
Passion for storytelling and experience marketing—ideally with a track record of working in emerging destinations
Strong visual and written communication skills (English required; Arabic highly preferred)
Hands-on approach with a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior in the GCC and global markets
Experience working across multicultural teams and remote / global collaboration
