Company Overview People power our future That is why advancing a dynamic inclusive environment where everyone grows and thrives is critically important to us Our ingenuity fuels daily life Together weve forged some of the most trusted partnerships across the energy value chain to make what was once just an idea a reality laying subsea infrastructure thousands of feet below sea level installing offshore platforms hundreds of miles from shore and using our expertise to design and build offshore wind infrastructure For more than 100 years weve been making the impossible possible Today were driving the energy transition with more than 30 000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries Here what you do matters Job Overview The Principal Talent Acquisition Adm provides solutions to problems based on practice and existing precedents or procedures The work of the Principal Talent Acquisition Adm directly impacts the quality of the work of the team They can communicate technical Talent Acquisition information to the team and suggest improvements to existing processes Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities Create profiles or load CVs received from recruiters locally or globally or unsolicited CVs received from the teams shared inbox into the Corporate Applicant Tracking System ATS Update required and other applicable fields in the candidate profile page upon loading CVs into the ATS Update and correct existing records and manage duplicate records in the ATS Perform other administrative support duties such as creating requisitions in the ATS and posting jobs on the company website internal job board and other external sites while ensuring that the posting appears professional and consistent with the applicable approved format Collaborate with global talent acquisition and schedule interviews for all selected candidates by reaching out via phone and email Complete weekly monthly reports relating to the ATS Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives setting timetables and schedules conducting research developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions Perform other tasks that may be required as per the need of the management or the Talent Acquisition group as needed Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education Bachelors degree preferred 34 years of administrative experience required Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications Experience with candidate sourcing is strongly preferred Good interpersonal communication organizational and presentation skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment
