Grade 112 OT Specialist | Total Monthly Salary : 16 ,900 QAR | Non-Negotiable
Structured as follows :
Basic Salary
Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR
Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary) :
Accommodation : Housing Provided
Annual Leave : 40 days per year
Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)
Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation
Schooling Assistance : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)

Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship.
All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer.

Only candidates currently outside Qatar will be considered.
Full-Time Education & Minimum Experience Applicants must meet one of the following :
Bachelor Degree in OT (WFOT accredited) with 5+ years clinical experience
Bachelor Degree in OT (non-WFOT) with 7+ years clinical experience
3-Year OT Diploma (WFOT) + Entry-Level Master’s with 6+ years clinical experience
Valid home-country license required
License to practice must cover the minimum required experience.
Specification This position requires a pediatric specialist with advanced expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders, including developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong competency in feeding and social communication therapy, with proven experience in assessment and intervention for school-aged children. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings is essential, along with the ability to prescribe and implement assistive technology to enhance functional development.
