Cruise Line Reservation Agent

As a Cruise Line Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their cruise bookings and inquiries. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum sales and revenue generation, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively handle phone and email inquiries, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have Egyptian nationality, with a strong interest in the cruise industry. This full-time position is based in Doha, Qatar and requires flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
