The Project Consultant supports thesuccessful delivery of our client’s strategic and operational projects. Therole involves coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, andanalysing performance data to ensure projects are completed on time and withinscope.

• Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination oftasks and deliverables.
• Supporting the preparation of project documentation, reports,budgets, and risk registers.
• Tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools,and techniques.
• Conducting data analysis to identify trends, variances, andimprovement areas.
• Preparing periodic progress reports and dashboards formanagement review.
• Coordinating communication among internal departments andexternal stakeholders.
• Supporting project managers in procurement coordination andcontract administration.
• Contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvementinitiatives.
