Job Description First impressions are everything! As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a memorable experience in welcoming the guest in Spa. You will be the first point of contact for the guest.

Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests

Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset

Detailed oriented and have ability to multi‑task

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Should have a friendly and professional demeanor
