Automotive Job Controller

Job Summary We are looking for an Automotive Job Controller to oversee the planning and scheduling of automotive repair and maintenance tasks in a busy workshop The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflow assigning tasks to technicians and ensuring timely completion of jobs Job Responsibility Create work schedules for technicians based on job priority skill level and availability Coordinate with the service advisor to ensure accurate job information and customer expectations are met Monitor the progress of jobs throughout the day and make adjustments to schedules as needed Communicate with technicians to provide job details answer questions and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate records of job status technician productivity and parts usage Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met in the workshop Skills Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in using job scheduling software or tools Certification in automotive Dealership or a related field is a plus You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
