Responsibilities
- Develop multimedia elements required for hybrid classes : videos, PowerPoint presentations, interactive activities, graphics, animation, and other media.
- Assist content experts in creating video and audio files, ensuring high quality.
- Edit video and audio for inclusion in hybrid classes.
- Develop transcripts for video and audio to support accessibility.
- Work with the hybrid team (developer / technician) to embed elements into the hybrid LSM environment.
- Combine video, audio, and graphics to create effective instructional videos and storytelling.
- Design and produce learning materials in various formats (graphics, audio, video, animation, multimedia) to support teaching, learning, and college initiatives in collaboration with the instructional designer.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
1 year of experience producing audio and video files in an online environment.Excellent knowledge of integrating video, audio, and graphic files in learning management systems, especially Blackboard or web-based environments.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite : Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop (Advantageous : Animate, Illustrator, Character Animator, Camtasia).Strong knowledge of software and hardware to support development of video, audio, and graphic files : video editing, multimedia development, interactive technology, web development.Strong on-camera skills (DSLRs, video cameras).Detailed eye for visual design with the ability to generate creative ideas.Organizational skills : self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple, complex projects in a timely manner.Teamwork and problem-solving abilities to develop alternative solutions and collaborate in group settings.Ability to build strong working relationships across the organization, including with remote sites.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.Strong bilingual interaction skills in English and Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
