Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
