Asset Management Senior Specialist

Job Summary

The Asset Management Senior Specialist develops and implements strategic asset management plans and oversees the complete asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. The role includes managing asset data accuracy, conducting risk reviews, performing audits, maintaining asset registers, and supporting compliance with policies and regulations. The position also involves data analysis, reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and providing technical asset-related guidance. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records and configuration data. Ensure compliance with asset management policies and standards. Coordinate asset audits and reconciliation with finance and procurement teams. Track lifecycle stages from acquisition to retirement, including warranties and leases. Provide asset-related reports, insights, and recommendations to management. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM or equivalent) preferred. Minimum Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management. Experience managing asset databases, lifecycle tracking, and audit compliance. Job-Specific Skills

Proficiency with asset management systems and inventory control tools. Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. Understanding of asset lifecycle management, procurement, maintenance, and disposal processes.
