HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce sitespecific HSE policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations e g OSHA ISO Deliver safety training and awareness programs to site staff Monitor and report on safety performance near misses and incidents Coordinate with project teams to embed a safetyfirst culture Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in oil gas or EPC projects Strong knowledge of HSE regulations hazard control and emergency response
