Tender & Proposal Specialist

A Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, submission, and administration of bids for construction, civil, or HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and government regulations.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, finance, and project management teams to collect the necessary documentation and supporting materials for each tender.
• Review and analyse tender documents, contracts, and project specifications to prepare clear and compliant proposals.
• Support negotiation and clarification processes with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all submitted tenders, correspondences, and contracts, archiving upon completion.
• Monitor tender portals, track deadlines, and provide regular status and outcome reports to management.
• Assist in developing and updating standardised bid documentation and templates for future use.
