Retail Supervisor

Hiring for the position of Retail Supervisor REQUIREMENT Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a focus on the down trade market preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the down trade segment Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors Participate in regular meetings to share updates challenges and successes within the down trade segment Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing logistics and finance to ensure alignment on sales initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities Track and report on sales performance metrics providing insights to senior management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisionmaking Microsoft skills Word Excel and PowerPoint Valid QID Sponsorship change required In country hire only
