Program Specialist

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact projects? We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team and drive customer success across diverse deployments and technologies.

In this role, you’ll lead medium to large-scale projects—or multiple smaller initiatives—across regions, technologies, and teams. You’ll manage critical timelines, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure seamless delivery of Cisco-based solutions with high organizational visibility.

What You’ll Bring

A university degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of project management experience in a similar industry—ideally within IT or telecommunications

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines

Experience working in multinational environments and familiarity with local market dynamics

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules

Oversee service level agreements and ensure delivery excellence

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with partner service models

Communicate effectively with stakeholders through advanced presentation and negotiation skills

Support service solution sales and customer engagement

Guide and oversee other project managers when needed

Operate independently at remote customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, ESi, or equivalent certification (or currently pursuing)

Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

Experience in the local market is highly desirable

Background in deploying Cisco technologies is a plus
