Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Operation Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our organization's training operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of learning and development programs for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training department, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and implement effective training programs
- Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies
- Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within the organization
- Create and maintain training budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization
- Generate reports on training effectiveness, attendance, and other key performance indicators
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources
- Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and methodologies to enhance overall effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in training delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field3-5 years of experience in training operations or a related fieldProven experience in designing and implementing training programsProficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platformsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent data analysis and reporting skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in budgeting and financial planning for training initiativesKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesFamiliarity with training best practices and industry trendsProfessional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
