We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and create new dishes that align with our restaurant's concept and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food supplies
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Monitor food costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or promotions

Requirements

Salary : 1800$ per month (tax-free)

Accommodation : Provided by the company

Nationality : Indian (Preferable)

Location : Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
