Basic Function :
Accomplishes sales targets and objectives for covering the wholesale sector, part of the kitchens showroom, with additional focus on small to medium projects in the market. Uses all required skills and duties with full team integration to satisfy clients externally.
Main Responsibilities & Duties :
- Confer with sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Secure and renew product orders, arrange delivery.
- Recommend equipment upgrades to customers.
- Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production.
- Regularly review sales process improvements.
- Assist in researching and developing new products, segments, leads.
- Act as primary contact with the showroom sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and operations teams for clear communication.
- Increase sales of Staron sheets (retail) and enhance market presence, such as in showrooms.
- Develop product knowledge of Cabina by reading orders to communicate effectively with customers.
- Arrange daily meetings with customers or B2B clients.
Scope :
Follow up on daily duties and tasks related to the roles of Sales Engineer and Sales Representative.
Supervision :
Coordinate with sales team members on their daily tasks. The direct superior grants authority to fulfill duties and reach targets.

Manage the sales cycle : site visits, inquiries, proposals, follow-ups, closing deals.Prepare quotations for projects up to 20,000 QR; larger projects are under the Sales & Marketing Manager.Develop and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.Responsible mainly for the kitchens showroom, focusing on Cabina products.Assist in analysis and forecasting of orders, sheet quantities, and colors.Stay updated on promotional events and sales activities.SPECIAL TASKS : Participate in internal activities, including Quality Assurance functions. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information concerning clients, suppliers, and contractors during and after employment.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or related sales / business fields.Knowledge of CAD and drawings.Ability to understand and explain technical points, highlight features and benefits, and position products effectively.Strong negotiation, motivation, and closing skills.Excellent teamwork, coordination, and resource utilization.Experience of 1-4 years in sales or engineering, preferably in joinery sales.Benefits :
Salary range between 10,000 QR to 13,000 QR.
