Job description

The Oracle Fusion Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware applications. They work closely with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware applications, including Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware components, and related technologies.
  • Customization : Customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements. This may involve modifying existing workflows, interfaces, and reports.
  • Integration : Integrate Oracle Fusion Middleware applications with other systems, databases, and third-party applications to ensure data flow and business process automation.
  • Coding and Scripting : Write and maintain code using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle BPM (Business Process Management).
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and user guides.
  • Security : Implement and maintain security measures to protect Oracle Fusion applications and data.
  • Testing : Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Performance Optimization : Optimize application performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle BPM.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and their modules.
  • Strong programming skills, including Java, PL / SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
