Business Analyst Job Location Qatar Key Responsibilities Business Requirements Analysis Elicit analyze and document detailed business requirements for banking products and services ensuring alignment with strategic goals Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements API Testing Develop and execute comprehensive API testing strategies to validate the functionality performance and security of banking systems Utilize API testing tools and frameworks to automate test cases and identify defects Analyze test results and report findings to relevant teams Data Analysis Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies in banking operations Prepare datadriven reports and presentations to support decisionmaking Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process changes Stakeholder Management Effectively communicate with stakeholders including business users developers and testers to ensure alignment and project success Manage expectations and resolve conflicts Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools Proficiency in data analysis tools Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
