Risk Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise / project-level risk management frameworks. Identify, assess, and monitor technical, financial, contractual, and operational risks. Advise senior management on risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning. Conduct regular risk workshops and reporting for stakeholders and clients. Ensure alignment with ISO 31000 and international risk management practices. Qualifications

10+ years' experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in major road / highway projects internationally (outside MENA). Experience in projects of similar size and nature, ideally under performance-based contracts. Background in infrastructure / civil engineering. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and road asset maintenance frameworks. Professional certification (IRM, PMI-RMP, or equivalent) preferred. A relevant university degrees from WHED-recognized institutions Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional Details
