Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, located in Doha. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, maintaining employee records, and supporting the overall administration of human resources programs.

• Experience in recruitment and staffing processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Ability to develop HR policies and conduct training sessions
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining employee records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of confidentiality and ethical standards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
