Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle both functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, while also developing innovative applications using Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CRM (Primary Focus)

• Configuration & Customization : Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements and perform advanced customizations
• Development : Design and develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform using appropriate development tools and methodologies
• Maintenance & Support : Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring system performance and reliability
• Integration Management : Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems
• Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for all implementations

Power Platform Development (Secondary Focus)
