Job descriptionBasic Science degree related to Laboratory Medicine and Pathology Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fertility / Andrology / IVF Lab specifically covering the key skills mentioned below. Ability to educate patients and receive samples according to WHO guidelines Perform routine and advanced semen analysis as per WHO standards Conduct sperm count and concentration using hemocytometer and Makler chamber Classify motility according to WHO criteria Prepare, stain, and interpret morphology slides based on Strict Kruger Criteria Handle cases of Azoospermia and Cryptozoospermia Perform vitality testing Conduct post-orgasmic urine tests and search for sperm in biopsy material Perform sperm washing techniques including swim-up and density gradient Knowledge and ability to perform sperm cryopreservation Conduct special tests such as fructose , antisperm antibody , benzidine test Perform Sperm DNA Fragmentation testing Ability to conduct semen analysis using CASA (Computer Assisted Semen Analysis)
