Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.

Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve items promptly.

Ensure orders are served as per company standards and guest expectations.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address requests or complaints.

Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Follow safe food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

Process billing, handle cash / card payments, and reconcile transactions.

Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.

Adhere to company grooming, service, and hospitality standards.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
