Role Overview

We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager with strong experience in consulting, GRC advisory, and business development to lead client-facing cyber engagements and drive revenue growth across the region.

This role requires proven experience in delivering cybersecurity programs, building client relationships, winning projects, and managing high-performing consulting teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in consulting , strong commercial acumen, and the ability to oversee both delivery and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Lead business development efforts across existing and new accounts, driving revenue and achieving annual sales and utilisation targets .
• Respond to RFPs / RFIs , create proposals, develop commercials, and support solutioning for large cybersecurity programs.
• Manage full deal cycles—from early opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Pursue mid to large-scale engagements
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers across public sector, financial services, energy, aviation, and enterprise clients.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across GRC, cloud, SOC, OT security, and transformation programs.
