Location : Doha, Qatar Parsons’ team creates sustainable infrastructure across the Middle East, delivering transportation, water, oil and gas, land development, public, and aviation projects. We build interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure. Position Overview :

Oversee and implement Cyber Security measures within Smart City projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. What You Will Be Doing :

Lead deployment of cybersecurity systems for the smart city platform and assets. Review and maintain SOC, SOAR design documents across various domains. Ensure system architecture compliance with security standards. Support compliance with NCSA requirements. Provide technical support to the Security Operations Centre. Manage and analyze incidents using SIEM solutions; support incident response. Conduct internal cybersecurity audits and support VAPT exercises. Assist in day-to-day activities and prioritize tasks with minimal guidance. Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related field. Cybersecurity certifications are mandatory. 7+ years supporting cybersecurity in smart cities and data centers, with hands-on experience in service provider and enterprise networks. Proven knowledge in cybersecurity for core network infrastructures and OT applications. Desired Skills :

Ability to liaise effectively with senior engineers and departments. Attention to detail, proactive work approach. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Focus on long-term strategic objectives. Experience with high-value projects. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability. Experience in Qatar or GCC countries preferred.
