Electrician Technician

Overview

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, lighting, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment and tools. Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and layouts. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Test continuity of circuits using testing devices such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, or insulation resistance testers. Identify electrical hazards and take corrective action. Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrician Technician in industrial, commercial, or construction settings.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring practices.
