Manage day-to-day operations and supervise staff to ensure performance standards are met. Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer service delivery. Prioritize tasks, multitask, and respond promptly to operational issues. Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle difficult situations professionally. Good understanding of customer service standards; university degree or equivalent experience preferred. Compensation and Benefits
