Our company in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's residence. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including cleaners, cooks, gardeners, and drivers
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure the smooth running of the household
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the residence
- Plan and coordinate events and social gatherings hosted at the residence
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
- Handle household finances, including budgeting and bill payments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the family
- Communicate effectively with the family to understand their needs and preferences
