Overview

As a Nightclub Hostess & Dancer, you will enhance the nightlife experience by providing exceptional entertainment and customer service. Your role is critical in creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere and ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable evening. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and help create a welcoming environment. Escort guests to their tables. Engage with guests to promote nightclub events and specials. Perform dance routines individually or as part of a group according to the following schedule : 6 days per week, from 12 : 00 AM until 02 : 00 AM, four shows, each show 15 minutes with a break of 15 minutes in between. Encourage guest participation in themed dance nights and other promotions. Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout performances. Ensure safety on the dance floor, adhering to all nightclub safety policies. Assist with the coordination of special events and private parties. Provide general assistance to other staff members during peak times to ensure optimal service. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on upcoming events and promotions. Uphold the nightclubs image and adhere to standards of conduct and dress code.
