Remediation Specialist

As a Workout & Remediation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and restructuring non-performing loans (NPLs), distressed assets, and high-risk corporate exposures. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Workout Specialist / Remedial Relationship Manager, with a strong focus purely in Wholesale Banking clients, particularly Large Corporates. You will lead negotiations, develop tailored restructuring strategies, and ensure optimal recovery while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance.
