About Spare Parts 3D Headquartered in France with an office in Singapore Spare Parts 3D SP3D is a software and service company that provides additive manufacturingbased solutions to solve spare parts supply chain problems SP3D developed DigiPART a machinelearningbased software that allows industrial clients to automate parts identification digital inventory creation access to 3D printers to make distributed manufacturing a valuegenerating proposition Responsibilities Development and implementation of qualification envelopes for Additive Manufacturing AM Elevating process definition and documentation toward automated streamlined qualification of parts for highmix lowvolume production Collaboration with DigiPART Product and R D Teams to ensure the identification and implementation of new features supporting the activity Engage with development partners and collaboration with vendors Requirements BSc or MSc in engineering mechanical material process or related field Proven experience in a production engineering role manufacturing AM industry 4 to 6 years of handson printing experience in the relevant AM metal technology industrialization strategies build failure analysis Has led the qualification of enduse parts for industrial equipment oil gas mobility offshore power generation Strong knowledge in manufacturing machining heat treatment and quality control Indepth understanding of relevant quality standards within the manufacturing sector particularly those applicable to additive manufacturing such as ASTM DNV or API Strong collaborative skills capable of working with crossfunctional teams including development operation and quality assurance departments
