Industrial Engineer

Overview Industrial Engineer – We are searching for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and be able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement plans to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs

Conduct time studies, create process flow diagrams, and develop work standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Monitor production data, analyze trends, and make recommendations for further improvements

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Train production employees on new processes and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions

Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with time studies, process flow diagrams, and work standards development

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary : 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment type : Contract (6 months)

Visa : Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one

Nationality preferred : Indian

Language : Fluent in English
