Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define policies and strategies for Quality Management and HSE, reporting to Top Management.
  • Identify and implement new quality concepts and best practices.
  • Review and approve Project Quality Plans and HSE Plans prepared by Project Managers.
  • Prepare and review project procedures including PQP, ITP, QA / QC procedures, and monitor their implementation.
  • Review and analyze method statements and associated risk assessments for critical activities.
  • Participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits to proactively identify non-conformities and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction reports and manage customer complaints.
  • Review contractor documentation and audit compliance with contract requirements.
  • Implement Quality Assurance processes aligned with client and company standards.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance action plans; enhance productivity, quality, and customer service; resolve issues and implement system improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments for specific jobs and critical activities.
  • Coordinate and deliver training to process owners and executors on IMS policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • Prepare quality reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in GCC with at least 5 years experience in QA / QC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Relevant third party auditing experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Nebosh IGC certification is an added advantage.
