Job Description Role : AEM Tech Lead

Experience : 6+ years

5+ years of experience in web content management with 3+ years in Adobe AEM CQ from both business and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architecture.

Experience with server setup and adherence to AEM best practices.

Solid understanding of Java / J2EE / JSP in the context of Adobe CQ Dispatcher, OSGi, Sling technologies.

Ability to create custom components and work on AEM as a Cloud Service.

Good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC, and Agile.

Excellent communication, organization, documentation skills and self‑motivation.

Project leadership experience and outstanding professionalism and time management.
