Doha, Qatar , a leading player in the hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a strong financial strategist to take ownership of the planning and performance function through the following role : Position : Group FP&A Director Key Responsibilities Lead the full financial planning and analysis function across multiple business verticals (hospitality, F&B, real estate). Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. Develop dynamic financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning. Analyze variances and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and M&A projects. Support the CFO in executive-level reporting and board presentations. Drive process improvement and implement best practices across the finance function. Ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FP&A,

within hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit F&B. Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling. Strong analytical and communication skills, with executive-level presence. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Prior experience in the GCC region is required. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Interested?
