Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates). Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO. Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant. Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system. Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies. Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team. Requirements
Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on UAE market. Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes. Hands‑on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management. Benefits
